Job Summary

Gagnon Heating & Cooling is looking for a skilled skilled to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems, perform preventative maintenance and support building operations. With a dedication to providing exemplary customer service, you will communicate solutions to our customers.

Duties
Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including air conditioners, ductless splits, furnaces, boilers, make up air units and exhaust systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and airflow issues
Perform preventative maintenance and system performance checks
Follow safety standards and maintain accurate digital records
On call is optional, but not mandatory
Steady work year round

Experience




3rd to 5th year apprentice or refrigeration mechanic ( 313 A license ) with a solid understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical, controls, hydronics and airflow systems.
G2 / G1 license
ODP certification
Class G drivers license
Hands-on experience with plumbing, brazing and boiler operation is highly desirable.
Familiarity with reading schematics and wiring diagrams for complex mechanical systems.
Construction experience or background in building maintenance is a plus.

Pay: $30.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
