Join our dynamic team as a Class 1 Truck Driver and take charge of delivering freight efficiently and safely across various routes. Responsibilities
Safely operate Class 1 commercial trucks to transport freight over long and short distances, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load security
Load and unload freight using forklift or other heavy equipment when necessary, ensuring proper handling and placement of cargo
Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly




Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to ensure vehicle reliability during trips
Operate heavy equipment safely when required for loading or unloading freight

Experience
Valid Class 1 commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with freight transportation or long-haul routes
Skilled in forklift operation and capable of handling heavy equipment safely
Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols for heavy equipment operation
Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting on trucks and related equipment
Solid communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
