Server

As a Server at Broken Spanish, you play an important role in creating the overall guest experience. You set the tone at the table by providing friendly, knowledgeable and attentive service in a relaxed and engaging workplace.

Our goal is simple: provide great service, excellent food and drinks, and an experience that makes guests want to come back.

Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional and attentive service to every guest.
Create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
Know the food and beverage menus, features and promotions.
Make food and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences.
Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
Deliver food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.
Process bills and payments accurately.
Respond appropriately to guest concerns and involve management when needed.
Maintain cleanliness of tables,



service stations, equipment and dining areas.
Follow Broken Spanish operational and service standards.
Support other team members and contribute to smooth service throughout the restaurant.

Pay: $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 16.0 per week
