We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. Responsibilities
Assist customers in finding the right products and provide product information
Maintain a clean and organized store area
Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
Packaging small orders to ship, be comfortable working with clients by phone
Be willing to learn our products and their features and benefits
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive experience for customers

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred




Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Familiarity with a Point of Sale (POS) systems is desirable
Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized store
