Job Summary

We are recruiting for an Air Import Coordinator in Etobicoke, ON for a direct hire opportunity within the travel, transportation, and logistics industry. This fully on-site role is ideal for a detail-oriented freight forwarding professional who enjoys managing international air shipments from pre-alert and arrival through customs clearance and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Review air waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, arrival notices, and related import documentation for accuracy.
Track incoming air shipments and flights while following up on delays,



customs holds, missing documents, and shipment exceptions.
Prepare or review ACI and eManifest information and coordinate with customs brokers to support timely clearance.
Arrange pickups, warehouse coordination, and final deliveries with carriers and service providers.
Communicate shipment updates to customers and internal teams in a timely, professional manner.
Maintain accurate shipment records and support billing accuracy for completed files.

Compensation and Advantages
Direct hire opportunity.
Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Work arrangement: Fully on site.
