We maintain prestigious residential and estate properties across the Saanich Peninsula and North Saanich. We are looking for a competent, independent skilled who takes genuine pride in high-quality year round outdoor work.
What you’ll do
Perform ongoing landscape and grounds maintenance on high-end properties
Care for a wide variety of plants, trees, and gardens with horticultural knowledge
Use power tools and equipment safely and effectively
Work independently and collectively while maintaining high standards of presentation and reliability
Communicate clearly and stay reachable throughout the workday
What we’re looking for
Solid plant knowledge and practical experience in landscape or grounds maintenance
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience operating power tools and landscape equipment
Reliable personal vehicle and cell phone (required)
Solid work ethic and pride in delivering consistently excellent results
