We’re hiring a Salon Receptionist to join our team!

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming client experience. If you’re a robust communicator, enjoy solving problems, and work well in a busy workplace, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:
Welcome clients and help them feel comfortable
Answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries
Make outbound calls to support bookings and follow up with clients
Help clients explore services and find options that suit their needs
Keep the front desk organized and support the team throughout the day
Handle questions and unexpected situations with patience and care

What we’re looking for:
Customer service experience
Robust phone and communication skills
Comfort managing a busy phone line and making outbound calls
Confidence recommending services and booking appointments
A positive attitude and a thoughtful approach to problem solving
Salon experience is a plus
