WORKFORCE Dental Staffing is seeking an Associate Dentist on behalf of a growing and up-to-date dental practice in Nanaimo, BC.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate who is looking to join a supportive team, build a strong patient base, and grow alongside a practice that is experiencing consistent monthly growth. The office is equipped with modern technology, including same-day crown capabilities and on-site technical support, allowing clinicians to provide efficient, high-quality care to their patients.

Schedule
Monday to Friday
Office hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Flexible scheduling may be available for the right candidate

Compensation
40% of collections
Strong earning potential due to the growing patient base
What We're Looking For
Licensed and eligible to practice dentistry in British Columbia is required
Previous experience is preferred, as this is currently a single-dentist practice
New graduates are welcome to apply, as mentorship is available
