For over 35 years, Prosol Inc. has specialized in the distribution of products and accessories for the installation & finishing of carpet, vinyl rolls, vinyl tiles, rubber tiles, linoleum, ceramic tiles, granite & marble.

Due to our increasing growth, we are accepting applications for full time positions on our fast-paced, customer-service focused Order Desk in our warehouse in Surrey.

Responsibilities and Duties
Assist all customers quickly and professionally providing exemplary customer service
Process customer orders received via phone, email, fax or in person, providing customer follow up as required to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded
Actively participate and engage in on-going product knowledge training sessions




Various clerical tasks
Maintain merchandising and stock shelves
General housekeeping
Pick/fill orders as required

Requirements:
A positive, friendly and outgoing personality
Must speak fluent English
Excellent computer skills (typing, data entry, experience with inventory software)
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Customer service oriented
Knowledge of construction industry / contractor sales as an asset
Positive organizational skills

We will provide you with hands-on training and on-going support to ensure you succeed in your position while taking on this role.

Monday to Friday - 7:00 am to 4:00pm

Dress Code: Casual

Starting Wage: $19/hour
