Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service by assisting with product selections and answering questions about baked goods.
Prepare and package bakery items accurately, maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation.
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery area in compliance with food safety standards.




Restock shelves and display cases regularly to ensure fresh products are available and attractive to customers.
Upsell bakery items by suggesting complementary products or specials to enhance sales opportunities.

Skills
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy periods.
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations within the food industry.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
Experience in serving or cashiering roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
