Take your skills to the next level as an Abrasive Blaster at Aecon's Cambridge Coating Facility. Contribute to impactful infrastructure projects while operating blast booths and assisting in coating tasks. Aecon is seeking an Abrasive Blaster to support our Cambridge Coating Facility.

This role doesn't require extensive experience in sandblasting, but candidates must have some training in heavy equipment and power tools. You will primarily work in a fabrication shop, where safety and teamwork are paramount. Key Responsibilities:
Remove dirt, paint, and grease from surfaces
Operate and set up blast booth equipment
Load and unload materials in the blast cabinet
Assist with painting or coating tasks as needed
Perform related duties as assigned under the Collective Agreement

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Previous sandblasting training or experience preferred
Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs
Capable of performing tasks in physically demanding positions
Personal protective equipment usage required
