Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and transaction details.
Analyze customer feedback and concerns to resolve issues efficiently and enhance customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.




Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with challenging situations or customers.

Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
Robust communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions based on customer interactions.
Familiarity with upselling techniques and a passion for providing excellent service.
A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
