Duties & Responsibilities:
The accurate and timely picking of merchandise for delivery*
Verifying parts orders to ensure they are correct.
Assisting with other Department operational functions as outlined by Store Manager
Adhering to all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials*
Provide parts to Technicians and assess requests to ensure getting all parts needed for repair
Review repair orders to ensure parts accuracy before service bills invoice counter Sales
Source and order required parts from Manufacturers and track deliveries
Prepare Purchase orders for parts and process once parts received
Assist in Shipping/Receiving if required
Participate in annual parts inventory, clean-up, and preparation work

Requirements:




Parts ordering experience
Automotive aftermarket and parts supply background and /or knowledge
Functionally literate and capable of recognizing parts numbers
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines
Robust attention to detail

Careful & efficient workmanship
