Responsibilities
Supervise children’s play activities to ensure safety, engagement, and positive behavior
Monitor playground equipment and surroundings to maintain a secure environment
Greet visitors warmly at the front desk, answer questions, and provide information about programs and services
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our registration systems
Handle cash transactions accurately for admissions, merchandise, or food sales
Assist with food service operations when needed, including serving snacks or beverages in accordance with health standards
Address guest inquiries promptly,



resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area and playground facilities to uphold hygiene standards

Requirements
Experience working with children in educational, recreational, or childcare settings preferred
Solid public speaking skills to communicate clearly with children, parents, and team members
Excellent customer service and guest services skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Food service experience is a plus for assisting with snack or beverage offerings
Background in hospitality or related fields is advantageous for creating positive guest experiences
Ability to stand, walk, and move around actively throughout shifts; comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
