CHILLI CORIANDER Indian Restaurant is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Waiter to join our team in Stouffville, Ontario.
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of previous work experience in an Indian restaurant and be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and qualified manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
Answer guest questions about menu items and make recommendations when appropriate
Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas
Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth service
Process customer requests and address basic guest concerns professionally
Follow restaurant food safety and service standards
Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of work experience in an Indian restaurant
Previous waiter/server experience preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Knowledge of Indian cuisine is an asset
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 per week
