Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in providing mental health support, particularly for children and adolescents. This role involves working closely with patients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions in a supportive environment. The Psychotherapist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Duties
Provide one-on-one virtual psychotherapy sessions.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with CRPO standards.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
Provide psychotherapy sessions to children and adolescents, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to provide holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.




Maintain confidentiality and comply with all PHIPA and CRPO regulations.
Provide education to patients and families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and resources available.
Participate in ongoing training and career development opportunities to enhance skills in special education and therapeutic techniques.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Valid licensure as a Psychotherapist or equivalent in the state of practice.
Familiarity with hospital settings and pediatric care is preferred.
Strong skills in case management and patient care coordination.
Ability to conduct research and data collection for program evaluation purposes.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Freelance, Contact basis

Pay: $45.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5.0 per week
