We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused, and energetic team member to join our dynamic retail environment. This unique role combines three quick-paced environments under one roof: a neighborhood convenience store, a specialized vape shop, and an authorized Canada Post outlet.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
Assist customers in locating products and offering knowledgeable recommendations, especially in technology sales and related categories
Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging informed purchasing decisions
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts issuance
Manage merchandising displays to ensure products are organized, appealing, and well-stocked for optimal sales opportunities
Upsell complementary products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume
Maintain a clean, organized checkout area while adhering to store policies on cash handling and safety procedures




Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information on products or store services with excellent phone etiquette

Qualifications
Must be 19 years of age or older (mandatory for handling vape products).
Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering roles, with a strong focus on customer service excellence
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
Excellent communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly explain product features
Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light-to-moderate boxes (up to 30 lbs).
Gas station and convenience store experience is a plus!
