Responsibilities
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:
Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's development.
Create a warm, inclusive, and welcoming classroom workplace.
Observe and document children's learning and developmental progress.
Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure classroom.
Follow licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and centre policies.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning.
Qualifications
Early Childhood Educator Certificate (Level 1, 2, or 3, depending on provincial requirements).
Current First Aid & CPR Certification.
Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for working with preschool-aged children.
Experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting is considered an asset.

Schedule
Monday to Friday
8-hour shifts
No weekends, One occasional evening per month (monthly staff meeting)
Pay: $15.00-$29.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
