Candidates should be available for at least 4 hours on weeknights or weekends and have a minimum of 6 months experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success. Key Responsibilities:
Implement ABA teaching strategies as outlined
Record session data and client notes accurately
Communicate effectively with parents and team members
Arrive punctually for every scheduled session
Utilize feedback from RBA to improve outcomes

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months relevant therapy experience
College Diploma or University Degree in a related field
Proven organizational and time management abilities
Reliable transportation for client meetings
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
