Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in meal preparation, food safety, and kitchen operations while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Candidates with restaurant experience and a strong background in the food industry are encouraged to apply. Experience working with buffet service would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment
Follow all food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure health standards are met
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours




Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
Support meal preparation for special events or catering as needed
Adhere to sanitation guidelines and safety regulations at all times

Experience
Minimum 2 years prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting is required
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation is essential
Familiarity with serving techniques and customer service principles is a plus
Experience with meal preparation and working in a fast-paced workplace will be highly valued
Candidates should demonstrate solid attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
