Supervise HVAC mechanics on daily tasks
Coordinate maintenance and installation projects
Prepare and maintain work progress reports
Ensure high safety standards and regulations compliance
Manage supply inventory and equipment storage

Requirements:
HVAC Certification with a Grade 12 diploma
5 years of field experience, 2 in supervision
Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and interpersonal skills
Understanding of cultural diversity and safety protocols
