We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Masonry Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will support skilled masons in executing a variety of masonry projects, including current constructions, renovations, and restoration work. Your enthusiasm for construction and dedication to safety will help ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting prospect to develop your skills in masonry while contributing to impactful building projects.
Responsibilities
Assist masons with bricks, blocks, stone, and other masonry materials according to project specifications
Prepare work sites by mixing mortar, and setting up scaffolding or other equipment
Operate hand tools such as quick cut saw, mixer and brick cutters to support masonry tasks
Use power tools safely and effectively to cut or shape materials as needed
Help with material transport or site preparation
Requirements
Prior construction experience or familiarity with masonry work preferred but not required; training provided for eager learners
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Willingness to learn under supervision
Robust teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards
Physical stamina to perform manual labour in various weather conditions

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 44.0 per week
