Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations in a rapid-paced setting. The successful candidate will lead the team while also being hands-on with warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support daily warehouse operations.
Coordinate receiving, sorting, scanning, staging and shipping.
Assign tasks and monitor team productivity.
Support loading and unloading of trailers and freight.
Operate or assist with forklift and material handling equipment.
Monitor workflow and help resolve delays or issues.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and safely.
Train and support new employees.
Maintain a clean, organized and secure work area.
Communicate operational or staffing issues to supervisors.
Complete required paperwork and shift handovers.

Requirements
Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
Previous Lead Hand,



Team Lead or Warehouse Lead experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Forklift experience is required with valid license
Experience with scanners, barcode systems or WMS is an asset.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
Flexibility to work days, afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full time

Shifts: Must be versatile to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
