Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a robust knowledge of beverage preparation, and experience in food and drink service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse guests, showcase your mixology skills, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Prior experience with POS systems such as Micros POS and restaurant operations is highly preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
Use POS systems like Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling standards at all times
Manage multiple orders efficiently through effective time management skills




Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Assist in serving food when required, supporting overall restaurant operations
Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and monitor guest consumption

Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
Ability to serve alcohol responsibly according to legal requirements
Hospitality background or prior serving experience is a plus
Must be at least 18 years old or older to serve alcohol
