StrEATs Supervisor/Team Member

We’re a fast-casual spot serving tacos, beers and more! Looking for current team members!

What You’ll Do
Team Members
Greet guests & take orders
Cook, pack, and plate food
Keep the kitchen clean & the dining area welcoming

Supervisor / Shift Lead (Must be at least 18 years old)
Run the shift: assign stations and tasks, keep the line moving, and set the tone during rushes
Hold the standard on food quality, speed, cleanliness, and checklists
Handle guest complaints and refunds calmly and professionally
Train new team members and keep management in the loop on equipment, stock, or staff issues
Open or close the store as keyholder, including alarm, checklists, and nightly cash-out

Experience is optional if you’re friendly, we can teach you to make tacos
(Bonus if you have your pro-serve or food safe)

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
