Job description

We are seeking a reliable, practical Handyman for light to medium residential repairs in London, Ontario. We need someone who is highly proficient with tools, possesses robust common sense, and is an excellent troubleshooter.

Key Responsibilities
General Repairs: Fix loose hardware, adjust doors/cabinets, patch drywall, and handle paint touch-ups.
Light Plumbing & Electrical: Fix minor leaks, explicit drains, replace faucets, and swap out light fixtures or outlets.
Turnovers & PM: Help prep vacant units for new tenants and conduct routine maintenance walkthroughs.

Requirements
Handy & Resourceful: Confident using hand/power tools and able to solve basic repair problems independently.
Reliable: Punctual, honest, and respectful in resident living spaces.
Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
Transport: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to move between local properties preferred.
Hours: 35/week

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
