Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly, provide information, and direct inquiries appropriately
Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records
Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access to the property
Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs,



and update all relevant records accurately
Support guest services by providing local information, arranging transportation, and assisting with special requests

Requirements
Proven experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality roles preferred
Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly valued to assist diverse guests effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for qualified guest interactions
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk software is a plus
Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory
