Quality Inn & Suites Thunder Bay Downtown is currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk/Night Auditor to join our team. This position may be full-time or part time contract, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer reservation calls and respond to guest inquiries in a skilled manner
Check guests in and out, and issue room keys to registered guests
Handle guest requests and resolve concerns courteously and efficiently
Set up and maintain the morning breakfast according to brand standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience required
Previous hotel experience preferred
Knowledge of ChoiceADVANTAGE PMS is an asset
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Schedule & Availability:
16–24 hours per week (hours vary depending on occupancy)
Must have open availability
Shifts include evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
Hotel operates 24 hours a day
We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent guest service and is eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
