Seeking a Sales professional with experience in the flooring industry. This is a draw against commission retail sales position. Your time will be split between our busy showroom and visiting job sites, taking measurements and providing quotes. Will require some Saturday and evening work.

Keeping up-to-date on wide selection of hard and soft surfaces we offer
Building and maintaining strong client relationship
Building estimates, arranging appointments for selections and installations

Ability to learn and adapt quickly to our ever-changing product lines

Qualifications to make you stand out:
Knowledge of hardwood, tile, carpet, and vinyl plank is preferred.
Ability to site measure, read drawings, and understand specifications.
Experience dealing with renovation projects, contractors and insurance/restoration companies.




Ability to generate accurate estimates in line with industry standards.
Knowledge of the flooring or design industry
A history of success in retail sales and customer service
Solid and accurate communication skills, both verbal and written
A passion for developing and maintaining long-term relationship with clients
A go-getter, able to pursue leads and relationships on their own
