Front Desk Hot Yoga and Fitness Advisor Full Time & Part time This Position is For You If

You like having your classes paid for; yes we actually encourage our front desk staff to take as many classes per week as they can!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Represent our brand by providing excellent customer service to current and existing clients during sign in.
Promote and sell membership’s and class packages
Assist potential clients by guiding them through our programs and retail offerings and answering their questions.
Make sure all check-in procedures are followed and classes start on time
Clean and arrange studios rooms between classes and locker-rooms
Perform general cleaning duties; including hourly bathroom & Shower check-ups
Keep front desk area and studio and locker-room clean and orderly
Manage cleaning volunteers
Answer calls
Ensure open/close procedures are followed

Schedule flexibility required for morning and evening as well as weekend work
Demonstrated passion for fitness, yoga, health and wellness
Background in sales is definitely a plus
High degree of self-motivation

Strong sales skills
Solid customer service skills
Strong communication skills (English & French)
