Part Time Weekend Leasing Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and hardworking Part Time Weekend Leasing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist with the leasing and day-to-day management of a portfolio of 3000+ residential rental properties throughout the city.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Candidates must have Saturday and Sunday Availability.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and conduct tours of available and upcoming rental units.
Review rental applications and assist with the approval or denial process.
Respond promptly and professionally to questions and inquiries from prospective renters and current tenants.
Respond to telephone, email, in-person, and social media inquiries.
Monitor rental market conditions and comparable properties to help ensure units remain competitively priced.
Identify and utilize new advertising and marketing outlets to assist with leasing vacancies.




Maintain accurate records and documentation related to tenants, properties, applications, and maintenance.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and positive relationship with tenants and prospective renters.

Qualifications & Requirements
Previous residential leasing or property management experience is an asset.
Robust written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office products.
Experience working with high-end or luxury rental properties is an asset.
Ability to work independently while also being a robust team player.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Must be available to work weekends and evenings as required.

Job Types: Part time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
