We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part time Pharmacy Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role provides vital support within the pharmacy, assisting pharmacists in medication preparation, patient care, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of medical terminology. Duties
Assist pharmacists with medication inventory management and restocking supplies
Prepare and label prescriptions accurately under supervision
Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and offering guidance on over-the-counter products
Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and patient interactions
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing insurance claims
Ensure the pharmacy setting complies with safety and cleanliness standards




Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery
Deliver prescriptions to patient's address

Requirements
Previous pharmacy assistant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates
Need to have valid driver's license and a car.
Solid knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to work efficiently and multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Basic computer skills for record keeping and data entry
Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility for shifts during weekdays and weekends as needed
Commitment to patient confidentiality and adherence to healthcare regulations

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
