Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Treatment Coordinator/ Digital Technician to join our friendly team. This role combines patient communication, treatment planning, and digital denture fabrication support with digital scanning. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences while leveraging their technical skills in dental technology and laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment options and scheduling appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism
Assist in digital denture design and fabrication processes using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, ensuring accurate and efficient outcomes
Collaborate with dental professionals to interpret medical and dental terminology accurately for treatment planning
Prepare laboratory work, including impression scanning and model creation
Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans,



and laboratory procedures to ensure seamless communication and quality control
Educate patients on post-treatment care, digital workflows, and available options to enhance their understanding and satisfaction
Support the dental team with administrative tasks related to treatment coordination and digital technology implementation

Experience

No experience necessary, but assets include:
Previous experience working in a dental office setting or with dental assisting duties preferred
Familiarity with CAD software used in dental laboratories
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry enhances communication accuracy
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with digital tools and laboratory equipment in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
