Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate parts support to Service Technicians.
Source, order, and distribute parts to ensure efficient repair turnaround.
Maintain accurate inventory records and process parts transactions.
Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
Work closely with the Service Department to support productivity and customer satisfaction.
Process warranty, special-order,



and backordered parts in accordance with dealership procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department.

Qualifications
Previous Back Counter Parts Advisor experience is required.
CDK experience is required.
Previous Hyundai dealership experience is preferred.
Robust knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a solid commitment to customer service and teamwork.
Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
