We are seeking a dedicated and energetic RECE Supervisor to lead our early childhood education team with passion and purpose. Responsibilities
Supervise and support classroom staff, ensuring adherence to program standards and licensing requirements
Coordinate daily schedules, activities, and routines that promote early childhood development and learning
Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages children’s curiosity, creativity, and social skills
Collaborate with families to share insights on children’s progress and address any concerns promptly
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times
Lead staff meetings, provide ongoing coaching, and facilitate professional development opportunities
Maintain accurate documentation related to children's development, attendance,



and program activities

Qualifications
Proven classroom experience in early childhood education or related settings
Experience working with children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities
Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and teaching strategies
Prior caregiving experience that demonstrates patience, empathy, and nurturing skills
Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive work setting
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, staff, and community partners
Certification or diploma in Early Childhood Education.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
