One of client is looking for ICI Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to generate and develop commercial construction opportunities within the GTA. The ideal candidate will have an established network of clients/leads and robust experience in the ICI construction sector.

Responsibilities:
Generate quality leads and develop new business opportunities in the ICI sector.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Understand construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
Coordinate with estimating and project teams to support proposals and submissions.
Maintain CRM records and track sales activities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of ICI sales experience with General Contracting projects ($100K–$2M).
Existing client network/book of business is required.
Solid understanding of construction terminology and processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must be located in the GTA with a valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and cell phone.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
