Parts Coordinator (Entry Level) – Collision Repair Shop
We are looking for a Parts Coordinator to support daily operations in our collision repair shop. This role focuses on ordering, receiving, organizing, and staging automotive parts to keep repairs moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Check parts for accuracy and damage
Label, organize, and stage parts for repair jobs
Communicate parts status with technicians and estimators
Track backorders, returns, and credits
Maintain a clean and organized parts area
Assist co-workers where needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Robust organization and attention to detail
Basic computer and communication skills
Ability to lift up to ~50 lbs
Willingness to learn
Job Type: Full time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
