Your work will include:Repairing, maintaining and installing sprinkler and fire suppression systemsServicing industrial and special-hazard suppression systems, including Kidde, Ansul, Clean Agent and water-based systemsInspecting and servicing fire protection equipment, fire extinguishers and emergency lightingPerforming preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer requirements and applicable FM and NFPA standardsManaging tools, equipment and inventory on your service vehicle and site trailersCompleting accurate work orders,
service logs and digital reportsParticipating in an on‐call rotation and providing support to the inside service team when requiredMaintaining required manufacturer and jurisdictional certificationsFollowing all mine, customer and company safety requirements and reporting hazards or incidents promptlyRepresenting Levitt‐Safety professionally at customer sitesWhat you'll bringRed Seal CertificationASTT Fire Sprinkler Certification2+ years of relevant mechanical/electrical experienceExperience with vehicle fire suppression systems such as Kidde, Ansul or Fogmaker is an assetExperience servicing fire extinguishers, including powder and cartridge typesStrong customer service and communication skillsComfortable using mobile devices and digital reporting toolsValid driver's licence and clean driver's abstractAbility to successfully complete required background and drug & alcohol testingChoose The Safe Way, AlwaysYou'll be working at customer sites, including outdoor and industrial environments, and will regularly lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
