Key Responsibilities:
• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and assess eligibility
• Dispatch and respond to incoming customer phone calls
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up as necessary
• Explain customized policies using our Needs Analysis system

Requirements:

• Understanding of senior nutrition and food services is a plus
