We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Print Production and Graphic Designer. This role involves a dynamic combination of graphic design responsibilities and print production tasks.

Responsibilities:
Create graphic layouts and prepare files for print (Pre-press).
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and craft customized designs.
Operate Xerox and Roland printers, managing projects from inception to completion.
Produce diverse marketing materials, including banners, posters, flyers, and promotional items.
Design compelling ads and promotional material.
Manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks.
Work collaboratively with team members and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
Exhibit self-starter qualities, capable of working independently and within a team.




Perform additional office duties as required.

Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced work workplace.
Possess a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for design.
Preferred experience in a print shop setting.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Corel Draw.
