Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS when applicable
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling and service
Assist with Dishes
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations,



and dining areas in compliance with sanitation protocols
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a robust foundation in customer service
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Experience in food industry roles such as serving, food preparation, or hospitality is highly valued
Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
A positive attitude with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
