Responsibilities
Direct traffic flow using hand signals or flagging equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and traffic laws

Communicate effectively with construction crews, drivers, and pedestrians to coordinate movements and provide instructions
Assist in the installation and removal of temporary traffic control devices as project phases progress




Conduct routine inspections of signage and safety equipment to ensure proper placement and functionality
Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to protect yourself, coworkers, and the public

Experience
Prior experience in traffic control, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions is essential
Solid communication skills and a proactive attitude are key to success in this energetic role
