Support account reconciliation efforts by reviewing ledger entries and resolving discrepancies
Conduct account analysis to monitor financial transactions and identify trends or issues
Help prepare budgets by organizing financial data and supporting forecasting activities
Support payroll processing by verifying employee hours and ensuring accurate data entry





Skills
Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
Experience with bank reconciliation and account analysis techniques
Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Ability to perform detailed data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Basic understanding of budgeting processes and financial reporting
