Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist with basic food preparation tasks to support chefs and kitchen staff
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas in compliance with food safety standards
Assist in setting up workstations with necessary supplies for meal preparation
Support food handling procedures to ensure proper storage and prevent cross-contamination
Help with restocking supplies and managing inventory of kitchen essentials
Follow all safety protocols during food prep and dishwashing to promote a safe working environment





Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices aligned with industry standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably
Strong attention to detail when cleaning and organizing kitchen tools and workspaces
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting daily restaurant operations
Familiarity with serving procedures, meal preparation, and cooking techniques is a plus but not mandatory
