Position Overview
As a Service Advisor at OCDiesel, you will be the key link between our customers and our technicians. You’ll manage service appointments, communicate recommendations, and ensure jobs are completed smoothly from start to finish. This role also involves parts procurement through our distributor network for in-house jobs, so familiarity with sourcing and ordering parts is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable service recommendations
Write repair orders in Mitchell and manage work flow between customers and technicians
Communicate updates and explain repair work clearly to customers
Procure parts through distributor channels and ensure timely arrival for scheduled jobs
Maintain accurate service records and invoices
Help foster a positive, professional customer experience

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (diesel experience strongly preferred)




Working knowledge of light-duty diesel trucks (Ford Powerstroke, Dodge Cummins, GM Duramax)
Familiarity with parts sourcing and procurement
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs at once
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Computer literacy and experience with shop management software an asset
