We are looking for a Pre-Module Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will help prepare and assemble materials before they move to the next stage of production.

This hands-on position involves operating different production equipment, performing basic repairs, and ensuring materials are prepared correctly and safely.

What You’ll Do
Operate production equipment such as cutters, spreaders, heat presses, screen printers, embroidery machines, and other manufacturing equipment.
Prepare and organize materials for the next stage of production.
Perform basic repairs using hand tools when needed.
Complete basic equipment checks and keep equipment in positive working condition.
Follow production and quality standards to make sure materials are prepared correctly.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.




Follow all workplace safety procedures and immediately report any hazards, injuries, or accidents.
Work with team members to keep production running smoothly.
Share ideas that could help improve the production process.

What We’re Looking For
Grade 10 education or equivalent.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset.
Industrial sewing experience is an asset.
Comfortable working with production equipment and hand tools.
Valuable attention to detail.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Able to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
