We are seeking an Automation Support Developer to build, monitor, and maintain automated workflows across our Telco client organization. You will serve as both the developer creating current process automations and the primary technical support ensuring our active scripts run reliably, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Development & Implementation: Design, code, and deploy custom automation scripts from scratch (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) and build workflows using RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
Monitoring & Health Checks: Proactively monitor active bots, scripts, and scheduled batch jobs to ensure optimal performance, data integrity, and high availability.
Maintenance & Enhancements: Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshoot bug fixes, and execute change requests/enhancements on existing automations as business processes evolve.
Incident Management & Support: Act as the first point of contact for automation failures, diagnose root causes, and restore operations quickly.




Documentation & Governance: Maintain thorough technical documentation, version control, and operational handbooks for all deployed automation scripts.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in automation development, script creation, and operational support.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for building custom automations from scratch.
Hands-on experience with at least one major RPA tool (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
System Knowledge: Understanding of APIs, database querying (SQL), web scraping, and scheduled tasks/cron jobs.
Soft Skills: Solid analytical problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage change requests in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
