Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
Provide knowledgeable assistance on merchandise placement, stock levels, and store organization (merchandising)
Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout processes without sacrificing quality of service
Qualifications
Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently
Basic math skills for cash handling, calculating totals, discounts, and change accurately
Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and checkout queues efficiently
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure
