Duties
Prepare and bake a wide range of donuts using established recipes and techniques
Decorate donuts with icing, glazes, sprinkles, and other toppings through cake decorating skills
Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards
Package finished products carefully for sale or delivery, maintaining presentation quality
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking stations
Support food preparation tasks such as mixing doughs, fillings, and toppings as needed




Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions about products, and offering recommendations

Experience
Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food industry setting preferred but not required—training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Skills in cake decorating and food presentation to enhance donut appeal
Hands-on experience with baking, cooking, and food preparation techniques
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Kitchen experience that demonstrates ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Familiarity with packaging processes to ensure product freshness and quality
