Key Responsibilities:
Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to customers
Schedule recommended vehicle services for clients




Follow up with customers post-visit for satisfaction
Manage service reminders, campaigns, and recalls
Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business

Requirements:
Experience in Automotive BDC preferred
Familiarity with CDK software is an asset
Excellent verbal communication skills required
Solid technology competency needed
